🌿 A Little About Me
Working in a large corporation, Saunagus gives me the mental and physical reset I need to perform at my best. In my free time, I do endurance sports that demand both mental and physical strength. Saunagus and endurance training share many principles: focus, breathing techniques, staying calm, and building a tolerance for discomfort. I’ll teach you these elements during my sessions so you can perform at your best.
