2. Prices and payment

All prices on Kynd.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. All prices sent via email are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

We make reservations for pricing errors, typing errors, out of stock items and changes in supply.

Payment can be made via MobilePay, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment is deducted when ordering.

The invoice must be paid before the start of the session. Non-payment may result in cancellation of the booking without notice. Upon payment, the customer accepts the total terms and conditions, which are considered legally binding.

3. Cancellation and rebooking

Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing via email to hi@kynd.dk - Cancellation by phone is not valid.

KYND ApS reserves the right to cancel a saunagus session if there are fewer than 5 registered participants. In the event of cancellation, the customer's ticket will be returned to their profile as a voucher that can be used to book a new session. If a refund is preferred, this can be arranged by writing to hi@kynd.dk.

Gift cards:

Gift cards cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part. Any remaining balance can only be used for purchases from us within the gift card's validity period.

4. Saunagus sessions

Participation in saunagus sessions is always at your own risk and on the condition that the saunagus master's instructions are followed at all times. This applies before, during and after the session.

It is not permitted to consume alcohol before or during the session. Violation of this rule will result in a warning. In the event of a repeat or serious violation, KYND ApS reserves the right to expel the participant without the possibility of a refund. This also applies to generally unacceptable behaviour that causes inconvenience to other guests.

Storage of personal belongings in and around the sauna is at your own risk.

5. Saunagus master course

Participation in the saunagus master course is always at your own risk and on the condition that the instructor's guidelines are followed at all times.

It is not permitted to consume alcohol before or during the course. Violation of this rule will result in a warning. In the event of a repeat or serious violation, KYND ApS reserves the right to expel the participant without the possibility of a refund.

KYND ApS reserves the right to cancel a course if there are fewer than 5 registered participants. In the event of cancellation, the ticket amount will be returned to the customer's profile as a voucher or refunded upon written request to hi@kynd.dk.

Storage of personal belongings is at your own risk.

6. Lost property

Lost and found items are stored for 7 days, after which they are donated to charity. Items can be collected at our location during normal opening hours. KYND ApS accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen property.

7. Limitation of liability

KYND ApS cannot be held responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Damage to property
  • Lost profits or financial consequential losses
  • Non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government orders, strikes or technical failures.

8. Right of complaint

A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering material and manufacturing defects but not damage caused by incorrect use. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered and sent to:

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

9. Refund

For agreed refunds, please provide bank details (registration and account number). The information is treated confidentially and is only used for reimbursement.

10. Cookie and personal data policy

The website uses cookies for statistics, functionality and marketing, managed via CookieYes. You can change your cookie settings at any time via the banner on the website.

We only collect and process data necessary to provide our services, using only data processors within the EU/EEA. Personal data is not disclosed without your explicit consent.
