KYND ØRESTAD (FÆLLEDBY)

KYND Ørestad is easy to reach by foot or bike. Head to the entrance of Fælledby at Vejlands Allé 200, 2300 Copenhagen, where signs will guide you to KYND. From there, it’s just a 2–5 minute walk. If you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking near Bella Sky. From the parking area, it’s approximately a 5–7 minute walk to KYND Ørestad.

No. Under the current regulations for public swimming facilities, it is currently not possible to obtain the required approval from the authorities. New regulations are on the way, and we are in ongoing dialogue with the relevant authorities about establishing cold plunges at this location.

Yes. KYND Ørestad has indoor changing rooms and lockers, as well as outdoor cold showers that you can use before and after your session. Please note that there are no hot showers at this location.

Yes. We have a lost and found box in the facilitator room, where all items left behind are stored. The box is emptied approximately every two weeks, after which any unclaimed items are donated to charity. Please note that we are unable to respond to enquiries about lost items or keep track of individual belongings. You are always welcome to stop by shortly before or after one of our sessions to check the lost and found yourself

Yes. You can book a private saunagus session at KYND Ørestad. It’s perfect for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company events and other gatherings. Contact us for more information about availability and booking.
