Can I use my class pass at all KYND locations?

Yes - When you purchase a class pass, it can be used across all KYND locations.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes - at all locations, we have a lost-and-found box that can be accessed approximately 15 minutes before and after all sessions. We are not able to check for lost items or respond to inquiries regarding them.

Is Kynd previously Mobilsauna.dk?

Yes - Kynd is the new name for what was previously Mobilsauna.dk. Mobilsauna.dk still exists under the same ownership, but now focuses exclusively on sauna rental. If you're looking to join a saunagus session, you'll find us at Kynd.dk.

Can I book a private saunagus session?

We offer private saunagus sessions at all our locations. Reach out at hi@kynd.dk to book. Frederiksberg — up to 20 guests: 5,000 DKK Sydhavn — up to 14 guests: 3,000 DKK Kalvebod Brygge — up to 14 guests: 3,000 DKK

Can I book multiple spots at once using the same classpass?

Yes, you can book multiple spots on the same session with one classpass. The classpass holder must attend the session, but is welcome to bring guests along. Simply give the name of the multipass holder upon arrival.

What happens during a saunagus session?

At Kynd, every gus master brings their own unique style - meaning the music, atmosphere and energy level vary depending on who is guiding your session. Every session is different, but all follow Kynd's framework for what a session should include: a minimum of 3 rounds of 10–15 minutes in the sauna, with breaks to cool down under cold showers, in the cold plunges, or in the sea. A session runs for approximately 60 minutes from start to finish. You can read about each gus master, their style and music by clicking on their profile picture under each session in the booking calendar.

What should I bring to a saunagus session?

Swimwear, Water bottle, Padlock for the lockers, A towel to sit on, An extra towel for changing after the session (recommended), Flip flops (recommended), Bathrobe (recommended).

Can I just show up and join a session? (Drop-in)

No, drop-ins are not possible. All participants must book a spot in advance through the booking page - this can be done right up until the session starts, directly from your phone. Upon arrival, the gus master will ask for your name and check you in. Always make sure you have booked the correct date, time and location before heading out. See you in the sauna!

Is there an age limit for saunagus?

Yes – you must be at least 15 years old to participate in our open saunagus sessions. For private saunagus events, there is no age limit.

What is the address for my saunagus session?

The address for your saunagus session will be listed in your specific booking. You will receive an email with the address.

Is there a changing room at the sauna shower?

At all our locations you can change and lock your belongings in lockers (bring your own padlock). However, please note that facilities may vary, as some of our locations are simple, while others are larger and have indoor changing rooms and showers.

Where can I book saunagus?

At Mobilsauna we offer a number of different locations for saunas. You can see all available times, prices and information under "Locations" in the menu.

Is it possible to rent the sauna?

At some of our locations it is possible to rent the sauna without a gus master. We also offer mobile sauna rental through our sister company Mobilsauna.dk - find out more under "Rent a sauna" in the menu.
