Banegaarden is a green oasis in the heart of the city, where tall trees and wild nature create a uniquely calm setting for your sauna session.

The sauna holds 12–14 people, and on the organic shaped terrace you can cool down under cold showers or take a dip in our cooled and filtered cold plunges.

Next to the sauna you'll find a large covered area with two changing booths and lockers for your belongings.

Are there cold plunges and showers by the sauna?
There are no cold plunges at the moment, as they are temporarily unavailable due to current regulations for public swimming facilities. We are in ongoing dialogue with the relevant authorities about bringing them back. Cold outdoor showers are available by the sauna.
Are there changing rooms and shower facilities?
The setup at KYND Sydhavn is kept simple. There are two outdoor cold-water showers, two outdoor changing cabins and lockers for your belongings. Please note that there are no indoor changing or shower facilities at this location.
Can I rent the sauna without a facilitator?

Can I park near the sauna?
Yes. There is 2-hour free parking on Otto Busses Vej, approximately a 2-minute walk from the sauna. Parking regulations may vary, so always check the current signs before parking. Parking is at your own risk.
Can I buy food and drinks?
