KYND FREDERIKSBERG

‍Kynd Frederiksberg is located at Frederiksberg Hospital Garden. The hospital is undergoing a full transformation as it relocates, the area will be redeveloped into residential and commercial spaces. In the meantime, Kynd Sauna has been given the opportunity to create a small sauna oasis inside the old laundry building at Vej 10.

Are there cold plunges and showers at KYND Frederiksberg?

Yes. KYND Frederiksberg has filtered and cooled cold plunges, as well as both hot and cold outdoor showers.

Can I park near the sauna?

Yes. There is 2 hours of free parking available at KYND Frederiksberg. Please always check the current parking signs and regulations when you arrive, as restrictions may change. Parking is at your own risk.

Are there changing facilities?

Yes. At KYND Frederiksberg, we have indoor changing rooms with lockers where you can safely store your belongings. Please note that there are no indoor showers. Hot and cold outdoor showers are available by the sauna.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes. We have a lost and found box in the sauna master’s room, where all items left behind are stored. The box is emptied approximately every two weeks, after which any unclaimed items are donated to charity. Please note that we are unable to respond to enquiries about lost items or keep track of individual belongings. You are always welcome to stop by shortly before or after one of our sessions to check the lost and found yourself

Can I book a private event at KYND Frederiksberg?

Yes. You can book a private saunagus session at KYND Frederiksberg and have the sauna exclusively for your group. It’s perfect for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company events, and other private gatherings. Contact us for more information about availability and booking.
