✨ Signature & Energy
My sessions are designed to move you out of the mind and back into the body. My style is calm and grounded, blending rounds of active inward guidance — using breath and meditation — with rounds of complete silence, where the heat and essential oils are allowed to do the work.

My focus is on nervous system regulation: using the intensity of the sauna and ice baths as tangible tools to practice controlling your stress response.

🎶 Atmosphere & Sound
I treat sound as a tactical tool. The music is chosen to facilitate a specific shift in energy — whether that’s moving from high stress to calm, or from feeling drained to empowered.

I don’t aim for background noise; I aim for a soundscape that supports the internal work I invite you to do in the heat.

🎧 Often on the Playlist
The genre is secondary to the energy. My playlists are diverse, ranging from the raw emotion of Faroese folk music and Hozier to the larger-than-life scale of cinematic compositions. You might also hear the minimalist piano of Nils Frahm or the intimate universe of Billie Eilish. If the track creates the right frequency for the round, it makes the cut.

🌿 A Little About Me
After years in the startup world and marketing consulting, I realized I was optimizing systems and businesses while the people running them were burning out. I’ve since shifted my focus entirely toward the art of facilitation and working with people.

Today, I coach ambitious young men in self-leadership and navigating the internal pressures of high-performance lives. For me, the sauna is the ultimate space to practice the composure and clarity that modern life makes difficult to maintain.
