My sauna sessions (gus) are designed as a safe, open space where the pace slows down and you can arrive fully in yourself—without performance, pressure, or expectations. The focus is on presence, regulation, and allowing both body and mind to settle.

Music plays a central role in shaping the experience. The soundscape is primarily calm and grounding, supporting relaxation and nervous system balance. At times, the rhythm lifts gently, adding lightness and renewed energy to the session—always in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

🌿 A Little About Me
I am a trained physiotherapist with a professional focus on mental health, calm, and nervous system regulation. Alongside this, I work as a group fitness instructor at PureGym in Valby, where I teach Les Mills classes. I’m deeply interested in the connection between body and mind and in creating spaces where balance and renewed energy can be found. I personally find calm through movement, nature, and music, and I value both deep immersion and playfulness—qualities that naturally shape my sauna sessions.
