For me, the sauna is a quiet, present space – a sanctuary where you close your eyes, listen to the music, breathe, and feel the heat and oils sink deep into your body. I always build my infusion in a calm flow. We start gently, allowing the body to adjust to the heat, and finish with high intensity and full focus on breathing and being present.
The oils play a big role. I blend essential oils based on the energy in the room – often a base of deep woody notes combined with calming lavender or energizing citrus. In one of the rounds, I bring in cleansing eucalyptus and peppermint, often together with blood orange, to give both a refreshing boost and a shot of vitamins.
🎶 Atmosphere & Sound
In my sessions, it’s about stepping away from the pace and tasks of everyday life. Here, you can simply lean back, open your chest, and let yourself drift into the warmth and the music. I create an atmosphere of calm, reflection, and presence – a kind of active meditation in heat.
The music is calm, often instrumental, with deep voices, strong messages, and lyrics that call to something deeper – love, life reflections, presence. All of it helps keep you grounded in the moment and creates an experience that feels like a small pause from the outside world.

🌿 A Little about Me
In daily life, I run my own event company, so the pace is high – and that’s exactly why sauna and training are such important parts of my routine. They help me stay strong both physically and mentally, and to keep focus when life turns demanding.
I love challenging my body and feeling it grow stronger and healthier. I run, cycle, and practice crossfit – anything that gets the pulse up and the body working.
Mental health plays a big role in my life – the ability to pause, tune in to myself, and find focus in the middle of everyday speed and endless emails.
