My style is calm, meditative, and focused on muscle relaxation. I strive to create a space where we can step away from daily tasks and busy minds and instead fully land in the body.
In my sessions, the pace is intentional and unhurried. The heat builds gently, the scents unfold slowly, and there is space to simply breathe. By turning attention toward the body and allowing the mind to slow down, I want the session to feel like a pause from the outside world — a space where tension can melt, the nervous system can settle, and warmth can wrap around you.

I aim to create a relaxing, grounded, and inward-focused atmosphere. Our time together is about self-care and presence. Music, scents, and guidance are carefully chosen to support this.
Drawing on elements from yoga and mindfulness, I guide you into the session and set the frame. Once we’re underway, I step back and let the music and aromas lead the journey.
The intention is simple: to help you drop out of your head and fully land in your body for a while.

🌿 A Little About Me
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I’ve climbed, pole danced, practiced aerial acrobatics, and spent hours on a yoga mat. I’m drawn to forms of movement that challenge both strength and presence, where body awareness is essential.
I’ve spent a lot of time in the Arctic, and that landscape has deeply influenced me. The stillness, the raw nature, and the vast open spaces continue to inspire both my music choices and the way I hold space in the sauna. For me, the sauna is a place to reconnect, release tension, and return to simplicity.
