For me, the sauna is a safe space where you can disconnect from everyday noise and sink into your own thoughts through music. I see saunagus as a meditative practice—a small pause where you can find calm within yourself. My sessions are reflective and immersive, with a strong focus on music rather than anything overly spiritual.

🎶 Atmosphere & Sound
The atmosphere shifts with the time of day. Mornings are slightly more uplifting, helping you ease into the day with clarity and light energy. Evenings are calmer and more relaxed, designed to help you slow down and unwind.

🌿 A Little About Me
I’m a longevity enthusiast who tracks sleep and listens to the Huberman podcast. I enjoy staying active, whether that’s at the gym, out running, or practicing yoga. I initially discovered saunagus for physical recovery, but today I’m mostly here for the mental health benefits. During the day, I work as a software engineer—and I’m a proud cat parent.
